Image formats at a glance

Each format has a different tradeoff. This page can later become a cluster of SEO test pages such as WebP vs JPG, PNG vs SVG, or AVIF vs WebP.

The image is decoded, resized, converted, and exported with Canvas APIs on the visitor's device. Hosting cost stays close to a normal static site.

Experiment notes

Good first domain use

Put this tool on one old domain first and track indexing, crawls, page speed, and backlinks before adding more sites.

Pages can scale

Later, add lightweight related pages such as image size guides, format comparisons, converter examples, and SEO image checklists.

Server stays quiet

The browser performs the heavy work, so a cheap VPS or static host is enough for a long-running pilot.
